Speaking on the development with LEADERSHIP, the special adviser to the governor on security matters, Mr Patrick Bassey, advised residents of the state to form vigilance groups to complement the efforts of the police in tackling criminality.

In a telephone conversation with the police deputy public relations officer, Igiri Ewa, he said the command was yet to confirm the kidnap incident. He said the victims would be rescued once the police begin to extend their dragnet.
